Safer Internet Day with a theme of “Together for a better internet” will be celebrated as a joint activity by our primary and secondary school students at MEF International Schools, Istanbul as part of our Safeguarding and Digital Citizenship practices. Safer Internet Day has grown beyond its traditional geographic zone and is now celebrated worldwide. From cyberbullying to social networking to digital identity, each year Safer Internet Day aims to raise awareness of emerging online issues and current concerns. Our students and teachers are organizing some awareness activities in their homeroom classes.
