Physical Education

The Physical Education programme aims to develop the physical skills of students in the following areas:

  • Competence: Using skills tactics and ideas in different physical activities to produce efficient and effective outcomes
  • Performance: Adjusting strategies while performing individually and in groups or on teams
  • Health: Learning that an active lifestyle promotes physical and emotional health

Students focus on six content areas:  athletics, netball, badminton, health and fitness, personal survival and swimming.
