At MEF International Schools, Istanbul, our Grade 3 learners proudly shared their learning from their Sharing the Planet unit, where they explored finite and infinite resources. During their Celebration of Learning, students showcased the renewable energy projects they designed after an extended research process on different types of energy. They explained how clean energy sources—such as solar, wind, and water—support a sustainable future and help protect our planet. Students designed and built their own model systems, demonstrating creativity, problem solving, and a growing understanding of how innovation can support environmental change.
They also presented their work using persuasive techniques they have been inquiring into, supported by posters they designed during art lessons. We are incredibly proud of their curiosity, commitment, and thoughtful action for a better future!
