At MEF International Schools, Istanbul, our Grade 2 students recently completed their Unit of Inquiry, where they explored the past through artifacts and experiences to understand how people’s lives and perspectives have changed over time. During their Celebration of Learning, students transformed their classroom and hallway into a museum space, displaying artifacts- adding Spanish and French narrations, sharing their research on then and now. They also introduced artifacts related to Turkish culture, demonstrating their understanding of similarities and differences between cultures. Their enthusiasm and creativity made this Celebration of Learning a truly joyful experience for everyone involved.
