Physical Education is taught for three hours every two weeks.
The Physical Education programme aims to develop the physical skills of students in the following areas:
Competence – using skills tactics and ideas in different physical activities to produce efficient and effective outcomes.
Performance – adjust their strategies while performing individually and in groups or teams.
Health – Learning that an active lifestyle promotes physical and emotional health.
Students focus on six content areas: Athletics, Netball, Badminton, Health and Fitness, Personal Survival and Swimming.
